Robert Thigpen is a Field Engineer on the commissioning team that oversees new customer operations and training for Ecoremedy® Fluid Lift Gasification™ wastewater treatment plant projects.
Previously, he was an engineer for contractors serving the waste, wastewater, and aerospace industries. His project management and engineering resume includes work at six wastewater treatment plants where he was involved with production planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and field issue resolution. As a project engineer for a leading mechanical systems provider, he supported Ecoremedy’s Morrisville Biosolids Gasification Project and the installation of a biosolids conveyor replacement.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University where he served in the Army ROTC program. A craftsman and outdoor enthusiast, his interests include woodworking and furniture making, archery, hiking and camping, upland hunting, and dog training.
